Our most private cottage. Rustic yet comfy cottage has lovely views of Casco Bay and its own shore access. Bayview received upgrades in 2011, with new flooring and cabinetry.  All of our cabins have running cold water, gas lamps for lighting, a private outhouse (Bayview), picnic tables, charcoal grill, and stone campfire ring.  There is no heat in Bayview Cottage, though a small portable heat source may be available if arranged-for in advance. (Point Senior and Cove each have a small propane heater built-in). 

2013 Rates: Bayview Cottage is available for $125/night during the 2013 season (Point Senior and Cove have different rates.) Cottages are available to rent May 1st through October 31st.  We require a 2-night minimum stay, except for July and August (7-night Sunday-Sunday stay).

Bayview Cottage Sleeps 4-6: One bedroom with two full-size beds. Two standard couches in the living room can be used for up to two additional guests.

What we provide: Galley kitchen with propane stove/oven for cooking, basic cooking utensils, place-setting for 6, beds.

What you need to bring: Bedding (linens, blankets, pillows, etc.), a cooler for cold food storage (no refrigeration), any specialty cooking instrument, charcoal for the grill, ice and firewood (available at camp store)

Bringing Pets: Pet Fees for Cottages: You may bring up to two pets per cottage. A $10/night fee per pet will be due at check-in. Pets must never be left unattended in the cottages. You will be responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
